About Me
dr. Shella Sukova, MSc, ANutr
Hi, I’m Shella! I’m a Medical Doctor with a master’s degree in nutrition and a Registered Associate Nutritionist in the UK.
After spending many years in Indonesia, I moved to the UK to explore new opportunities while staying committed to my passion for health and well-being.
With my diverse background, I focus on writing about a variety of topics, from nutrition and growth to mental health, all backed by scientific research. I’m particularly passionate about children’s health, and I love to write children’s books that incorporate evidence-based information on nutrition and development.
Currently, I also working as a behavior support for children with special needs in the UK. As a behavior support, I work closely with children to understand and meet their unique needs, and it’s a job I truly love. Helping children grow and thrive is what drives me, and I’m always looking for ways to support and advocate for their well-being.
On this blog, I’ll share insights into health, focusing especially on nutrition, mental health, and children’s health. Whether you’re interested in practical health tips, mental well-being, or learning about the connection between nutrition and overall wellness, this blog aims to provide valuable information for everyone.
Thank you for visiting my blog – I hope my writing inspires and empowers you to make informed health choices!
